3、(the“Board”)of directors(the“Directors”)of Raymond Industrial Limited(the“Company”)hereby presents the unaudited interim financial information for the six months ended 30 June 2025 of the Company and its subsidiaries(collectively,the“Group”).The condensed consolidated statement of profit or loss,con

4、densed consolidated statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2025 and the condensed consolidated statement of financial position of the Group as at 30 June 2025,along with selected explanatory notes,are unaudited but have been reviewed

5、by the Companys audit committee(the“Audit Committee”)together with the Companys independent auditor,RSM Hong Kong.BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTSThe Groups revenue was HK$530,704,000 in the first six months of 2025,representing an increase of approximately 1.38%when compared with the revenue for the correspondi

6、ng period in 2024(HK$523,457,000).The Groups net profit was HK$32,505,000,representing an increase of approximately 21.19%when compared with the net profit of HK$26,821,000 for the corresponding period in 2024.The increase in net profit was attributable to a series of favorable macroeconomic factors
