3、ies are increasingly citing the use of GenAI across G&A functions(finance,HR,and more).nWe believe this signals use cases remain fairly concentrated with the primary ones likely being customer support and sales support(developer savings likely not as meaningful across the average non-tech/software o
4、rganization)nWhile some teams have been more explicit about labor savings(50%of companies that have discussed internal AI use have mentioned headcount rationalization),many have noted meaningful improvement in efficiency which over time should drive labor savings or at least hiring at a slower raten
