3、mber 2024 amounted to approximately RMB644.5 million,representing an increase of approximately 1.5%as compared with approximately RMB635.0 million for the year ended 31 December 2023.Profit attributable to the owners of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2024 amounted to approximately RMB154

4、.5 million,representing a decrease of approximately 9.7%as compared with approximately RMB171.1 million for the year ended 31 December 2023.The Board recommends the declaration of a final dividend of HK8.3 cents per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2024,taking into account the interim d
