3、t education and training can uncover unconscious biases,root out the causes of inequality and help individuals from different backgrounds relate better to one another.To that end,since our last update,we have elevated our efforts,led by our HR team,to provide all employees content and training aroun
4、d diversity in the workplace,as well as resources designed to help our employees enhance their relationships with coworkers,clients and our community partners.We have broadened our recruiting outreach,finding new partners and enhancing internal incentives,in an effort to increase diversity in our em
5、ployment ranks across all positions and levels.Our internal womens leadership network has helped to increase representation of women in management positions across the company.And we are participating in industry efforts to advance a culture of inclusion throughout the Out of Home industry.On the en
