4、.pewresearch.org How we did this Pew Research Center conducted this study to understand how TikTok users,X(formerly Twitter)users,Instagram users and Facebook users experience news on these platforms.For this analysis,we surveyed 10,287 adult internet users in the United States from March 18 to 24,2
5、024.Everyone who took part in the survey is a member of the Centers American Trends Panel(ATP),an online survey panel that is recruited through national,random sampling of residential addresses.This way,nearly all U.S.adults have a chance of selection.The survey was weighted by combining the sample
6、of internet users with data from ATP members who do not use the internet,and weighting the combined dataset to be representative of all U.S.adults by gender,race,ethnicity,partisan affiliation,education and other categories.The analysis in this report is based on those who use the platforms of inter
