2、的必由之路。作为可再生能源主要的技术应用之一的光伏产业已经开始了其规模化应用的时代。但近年来，光伏大规模利用的资源和负荷相悖的局面逐渐凸显，并网及消纳问题日趋严重，同时，近负荷地区的传统光伏电站建设又面临着建设用地不足的情况。而作为土地集约化综合开发及农业现代化转型的设施农业发展，也面临着融资困难和设施水平低而无法满足高附加值产品的种植要求等诸多困局。而恰恰是上述“两难”的局面，为光伏产业和农业种植的跨界融合提供了机会，光伏农业应运而生。作为将光伏产业和农业种植有机结合的一种新模式，尽管光伏农业设施规模在中国获得了快速扩张，但中国还没有总结出一套成熟可供推广的光伏农业发展模式，同时，中国光伏农

3、业发展还受到管理体制落后、融资渠道单一、产业标准缺乏等诸多因素影响。因此，总结和提炼中国光伏农业商业模式，系统梳理和识别中国光伏农业发展的主要制约因素，对于中国光伏农业的健康可持续发展具有紧迫的现实意义。本案例研究以中国青岛即墨光伏农业项目为例，对以下重要内容进行了介绍和分析：项目业务流程及利益相关方分析：即墨光伏农业项目的投资运营包括光伏电站的投资运营及农业园区的投资运营即墨光伏农业项目商业模式案例研究工作论文|2016年9月|3face some difficulties,such as the various institutional and management system,few
