4、SThis past year was truly transformational for RLJ as we made tremendous progress towards unlocking the embedded value in our newly combined platform.We successfully met or exceeded all of our 2018 strategic priorities and completed each of these objectives ahead of schedule.First,we executed a thou
5、ghtful and disciplined disposition strategy to generate$200 to$400 million of proceeds from the sale of non-core hotels.In total,we sold seven hotels for approximately$533 million at a highly accretive,aggregate multiple of 16.5x EBITDA,which was well ahead of our target multiple of 14.0 x.Second,we
6、 exceeded our 2018 goal to reduce our leverage to 4.0 x or lower by paying down at least$500 million of debt.We ended the year with a net debt to EBITDA ratio of 3.7x and accretively redeployed disposition proceeds to repay$635 million of debt.Third,we executed our capital investment plan for the ye
