6、oodwill amortisation of 586,000(2003:102,000).I am also pleased to report that the Directors have resolved to recommend a dividend for the year of 0.1 pence per share(2003:0.05 pence per share),which,if approved,will be paid on 16 September 2004 to shareholders on the register at 20 August 2004.Net
