3、n.Dear Shareholder,As we move forward into 2019 and close the chapter on 2018,I hope this letter finds each of our shareholders,interested parties and employees well.2018 was a good year operationally.Revenue per Available Room(RevPAR)rose almost 1 percent and finished above the upper end of our gui
4、dance range of minus 1.5 percent to plus 0.5 percent for the year.Adjusted Earnings Before Interest,Taxes,Depreciation and Amortization(EBITDA)finished towards the upper end of our guidance range,and adjusted Funds from Operation(FFO)beat the upper end of our expectations by a penny.Driven by acquis
5、itions in 2017 and 2018,we grew adjusted EBITDA and adjusted FFO approximately 5 percent year-over-year.Im particularly pleased with the results from certain programs and innovative tools that were implemented in 2017 and 2018 to drive incremental revenue or profits.These programs and tools were the
