3、tegy to drive sustainable growth and achieve a series of ambitious goals.To realize these,we underwent a shift in our organizational structure and invested heavily in business processes to better align to our customers as we drove margin improvement.This change was significant,and I am proud that ou

4、r efforts are paying dividends.We reorganized our business from a three-segment structure to a two-segment structure designed to better serve the needs of our customers worldwide.Our new structure created a customer-facing project and service organization,called Integrated Solutions and Services(“IS

5、S”)and a product technology group,Applied Product Technologies(“APT”),focused primarily on sales through indirect channels.This change created a significant impact through our more focused and efficient sales organization and customers responded favorably to our realigned business structure.We reorg

6、anized our business from a three-segment structure to a two-segment structure designed to better serve the needs of our customers worldwide.Our new structure created a customer-facing project and service organization,called Integrated Solutions and Services(“ISS”)and a product technology group,Appli
