2、msarmax and 10 Panamax),as well as one Panamax dry bulk vessel,the“Naias”,that has been sold and expected to be delivered to her new owners at the latest by July 30,2021.As of the same date,the combined carrying capacity of our fleet is approximately 4.7 million dwt with a weighted average age of 10

3、.19 years.Our fleet is managed by our wholly-owned subsidiary Diana Shipping Services S.A.,or DSS,and our established 50/50 joint venture with Wilhelmsen Ship Management named Diana Wilhelmsen Management Limited,or DWM.Among the distinguishing strengths that we believe provide us with a competitive
