2、 the fourth quarter of 2021,we rolled out values workshops to our employees.The workshop first focused on employees personal core values and then led a discussion of the Companys core values.This was an integral part of the process to ensure that employees core values aligned with the Companys core

3、values and that employees felt connected to the values.THE CORE VALUES PROCESSBerry dedicated a half a day for employees to do this work,which demonstrates the depth of its commitment to being a values-based organization and its strategic importance to the culture.This work was especially timely bec
