5、der,On behalf of the Board,I present to you the 2017 Annual Report for the fiscal year ended June 2017.I was appointed to the Board in April 2017 as Bellamys faced significant challenges.Together with recently appointed fellow Board members,our first priority was to recruit,retain and stabilise the

6、management team and continue the Board renewal process.As part of this,the Board established a new turnaround long-term equity incentive plan,designed to align the interests of the Board,management and shareholders for the long-term enterprise value creation of Bellamys.Working closely with manageme
