4、 to execute its stated growth strategy.Introduction Its been a year of tremendous change for the Company.We started the last fiscal year as Andalas Energy&Power plc and have undergone a complete change of identity and strategy in the first quarter of 2020 to create Advance Energy plc as we are tradi

5、ng today.The focus for the Company since this time has been solely on execution of the strategy set forth in our March Strategy Update,as this was the objective of the new Board and executive team when recapitalising the Company in February 2020.Our strategy is intended to create a sustainable busin
