4、was privatized as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Smooth Concept Investments Limited(currently known as CRH(Cement)Limited)by China Resources(Holdings)Company Limited and the listing of the Companys shares on the Stock Exchange was withdrawn on 26 July 2006.The Company was re-listed on the main board o
