3、the Companies Law of the Cayman Islands and is the holding company of all the cement and concrete operations of the China Resources Group.The Company was listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 29 July 2003 by way of introduction.In 2006,the Company was privatized as a

4、 wholly-owned subsidiary of Smooth Concept Investments Limited(currently known as CRH(Cement)Limited)by China Resources(Holdings)Company Limited and the listing of the Companys shares on the Stock Exchange was withdrawn on 26 July 2006.The Company was re-listed on the main board of the Stock Exchang
