4、212Investor Relations 投資者關係Content 目錄Vedan International(Holdings)Limited 味丹國際（控股）有限公司02 Corporate Profile公司簡介Annual Report 2020 年報03Corporate Profile公司簡介 自七十年代起，我們的味精產品即銷售到越南、中國及其他東盟國家。為加快開拓市場，本集團於一九九一年成立越南味丹作為主要的生產基地，之後，業務不斷發展，生產規模也持續擴大。目前，已是東南亞地區最大的味精生產廠商。在越南國內則是最大的賴氨酸和澱粉工業產品供應商。於一九九五年收購廈門茂泰廠以專注於

5、發展中國市場。更在二零零四年收購上海味丹食品公司之資產及味精業務，作為其中國區營運中心，務求全力開發中國市場。二零零五年十一月味丹越南完成收購味泰木薯澱粉有限公司，將為本集團提供穩定之澱粉供應，並加強澱粉產品的生產基礎。憑藉我們位於越南和中國的生產設施、上游原材料的穩定供給，所擁有高級醱酵工藝技術以及其他高級生化加工技術，加上管理層團隊所擁有的豐富經驗和知識，本集團對所從事的行業享有優勢競爭力。Since the 1970s,our products have been marketed in Vietnam,the PRC,and other ASEAN countries.To accel
