3、the“Directors”)of Raymond Industrial Limited(the“Company”)hereby presents the unaudited interim financial information for the six months ended 30 June 2019 of the Company and its subsidiaries(collectively,the“Group”).The condensed consolidated statement of profit or loss,condensed consolidated state

4、ment of profit or loss and other comprehensive income of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2019 and the condensed consolidated statement of financial position of the Group as at 30 June 2019,along with selected explanatory notes,are unaudited but have been reviewed by the Companys audit com

5、mittee(the“Audit Committee”)together with the Companys independent auditor,Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited.BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTSThe Groups revenue was HK$544,498,000 in the first six months of 2019,representing a decrease of 9.72%compared with turnover for the corresponding period in 2018.The Groups net

6、 profit was HK$10,138,000 compared with a net profit of HK$27,468,000 for the corresponding period in 2018,representing a decrease of 63%.The significant decrease in net profit was attributable to the Sino-US trade dispute and the macroeconomic factors that may have adverse effect on the Groups sale
