3、ent管理層報告書The Board(the“Board”)of directors(the“Directors”)of Raymond Industrial Limited(the“Company”)hereby presents the unaudited interim financial information for the six months ended 30 June 2020 of the Company and its subsidiaries(collectively,the“Group”).The condensed consolidated statement of

4、profit or loss,condensed consolidated statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2020 and the condensed consolidated statement of financial position of the Group as at 30 June 2020,along with selected explanatory notes,are unaudited but h

5、ave been reviewed by the Companys audit committee(the“Audit Committee”)together with the Companys independent auditor,RSM Hong Kong.BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTSIn the first half of 2020,the Groups revenue was HK$563,795,000,representing an increase of 3.54%compared with turnover for the corresponding period

6、in 2019(HK$544,498,000).The Groups net profit was HK$19,255,000 compared with a net profit of HK$10,138,000 for the corresponding period in 2019,representing an increase of 90%.The significant increase in net profit was attributable to the fact that(1)increase in sales of air purification and person
