4、orporate Profile公司簡介 China Fortune Holdings Limited中國長遠控股有限公司2中國長遠控股有限公司（中國長遠 或 本集團）（前稱長遠電信網絡集團有限公司）主要在中華人民共和國（中國）出售及分銷移動電話和數碼產品。本集團於一九九二年在香港成立，首先於二零零零年二月十六日在香港聯合交易所有限公司GEM上市（股份代號：8040），並於二零零四年一月二十六日成功轉至主板上市（股份代號：110）。本集團擁有強大之股東背景及盡職之專業管理團隊。於二零零七年，本集團收購珠海市雷鳴達通訊設備有限公司，其為一間於中國銷售移動電話及電訊設備之公司。於二零零九年，本集團
