4、imited(the“Company”)and its subsidiaries(collectively the“Group”)for the six months ended 30 June 2022.The Company is an investment company pursuant to Chapter 21 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(the“Listing Rules”).INTERIM DIVIDENDThe Board

5、 does not recommend the payment of an interim dividend for the period ended 30 June 2022(1H 2021:Nil).KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORNet asset value is used as the key performance indicator and amounted to about HK$67.1 million as at 30 June 2022(31 December 2021:HK$83.5 million).The drop was mainly cause
