1、華潤電力控股有限公司（本公司 或 華潤電力）主要在中國較富裕地區投資、開發、運營和管理風電場、光伏電站、水電站及其他清潔及可再生能源項目和燃煤發電廠。業務還涉及分布式能源、售電、智慧能源及煤炭等領域。於2021年12月31日，華潤電力旗下運營37座燃煤發電廠、141座風電場、31座光伏電站、2座水電站和4座燃氣發電廠。本公司的合計運營權益裝機容量為47,997兆瓦，其中27.5%位於華東地區，27.5%位於華中地區，16.3%位於華南地區，15.9%位於華北地區，5.5%位於東北地區，3.7%位於西北地區以及3.5%位於西南地區。風電、水電及光伏發電運營權益裝機容量合共15,441兆瓦，佔總運
