3、2ABOUT THIS REPORTThis report summarises several subjects of the Groups business practices for the Environmental,Social and Governance(referred to as the“ESG”)report(referred to as the“Report”)and its relevant implemented policies and strategies in relation to the Groups operational practices and en

4、vironmental protection.For information regarding corporate governance,please refer to the“Corporate Governance Report”in the annual report 2020.The Report covers the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020(the“Reporting Year”or“FY2020”).REPORTING FRAMEWORKThe Report has been prepared with reference

5、to the ESG Reporting guide set out in Appendix 27 to the Main Board Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(the“SEHK”).To ensure the accuracy of environment key performance indicators,the Company engaged a professional consultancy firm to conduct the calculation and preparation of t
