3、idiaries,collectively the“Group”or“we”)of business practices for the Environmental,Social and Governance(referred to as the“ESG”)report(referred to as the“Report”)and its relevant implemented policies and strategies in relation to the Groups operational practices and environmental protection.For inf

4、ormation regarding corporate governance,please refer to the“Corporate Governance Report”in the annual report 2023.The Report covers the period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023(the“Reporting Period”or the“Reporting Year”or“FY2023”).REPORTING STANDARDThe Report has been prepared with reference to the

5、ESG Reporting guide set out in Appendix 27 to the Main Board Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(the“SEHK”).To ensure the accuracy of environment key performance indicators(“KPIs”),the Group engaged a professional consultancy firm to conduct the calculation and preparation of th

6、e Report.In preparation of this Report,due diligence has been taken by the Group to adhere to the reporting principles of“Materiality”,“Quantitative”,“Balance”and“Consistency”.The materiality assessment has ensured the Report presents the most material ESG topics pertaining to our businesses.Wheneve
