5、ber 2017,the Company has been deregistered in the Cayman Islands and continued in Bermuda as an exempted company with limited liability under the laws of Bermuda.The shares(the“Shares”)of the Company have been listed on the main board(the“Main Board”)of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(the“St

6、ock Exchange”)since 12 October 2004(Stock code:1194).The Company and its subsidiaries(collectively the“Group”)are principally engaged in mining and processing of gold ores and sale of gold products in the Peoples Republic of China(the“PRC”),trading of metals and minerals in the PRC,and provision of
