4、ial business.The biochemical business focuses on the manufacture and/or sale of chlortetracycline(“CTC”)and other related products,and is carried on by Group subsidiaries.This business segment accounts for all of the Groups consolidated revenue.The industrial business comprises the Groups interests

5、in its joint venture ECI Metro Investment Co.,Ltd.(together with its subsidiaries,“ECI Metro”)and its associate Zhanjiang Deni Vehicle Parts Co.,Ltd.(together with its subsidiaries,“Zhanjiang Deni”).The results of the Groups industrial business are incorporated in the consolidated statement of compr
