3、olicies,measures and performances in Environmental,Social and Governance(“ESG”)aspects.Reporting Scope and BoundaryA comprehensive assessment was conducted to evaluate the impacts of Groups operations on the environment and society during the development of the Groups ESG strategy.The Group is princ

4、ipally engaged in six business arms:(i)original equipment manufacturer(the“OEM”)business,which entails product design and development,raw materials sourcing and procurement,manufacturing and product quality control management;(ii)apparel retail business,which entails designing,procuring,manufacturin

5、g,marketing and retailing of pure cashmere apparel and other apparel products as well as accessories through the retail network in Hong Kong under the Groups own brand and high-end fashion brand;(iii)money lending business,which provides financing to customers for interest income in Hong Kong;(iv)fi

6、nancial quotient and investment education business,which provides financial quotient and investment education courses for the customers in return of tuition fees from them;(v)property investment business;and(vi)private supplementary education business segment,which provides private supplementary edu
