3、nd its subsidiaries(the“Group”)primarily adopt the principles of the Environmental,Social and Governance Reporting Guide(the“ESG Reporting Guide”)as set out in Appendix 20 to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities of the GEM Listing Rules made by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and sa
