2、 to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and satisfied the“comply or explain”provisions of the ESG Reporting Guide,with an aim to establish a sound environmental,social and governance structure.This year,the Company is pleased to present its

3、 Environmental,Social and Governance Report,which aims to demonstrate its efforts on sustainability developments to both internal and external stakeholders.This report comprises the review of environment,social and governance areas,which sets out the Groups policies and practices as well as certain

4、major subsidiaries policies and practices in respect of environmental aspects and social aspects in accordance with ESG Reporting Guide for the year ended 31 March 2024(the“Year 2024”).This report is designed to allow the Companys stakeholders,such as the Board,employees,Government/regulatory author

5、ities,customers,suppliers and communities to have a comprehensive understanding of the long-term sustainability information of the Group.The Group seeks to balance the views and interests of these stakeholders through constructive conversation with a view to setting the course for long term prosperi
