4、公司（本公司）及其子公司（本集團 或 集團）截至二零二零年十二月三十一日止年度（本年度、年度或 回顧年度）之年度報告，敬請各位股東審閱。二零二零年是極不平凡的一年，在全球性新冠疫情的沉重打擊下，世界經濟深度衰退，國際金融市場激劇動蕩，再加上中美貿易摩擦等其他諸多不利因素的影響，中國內地和港澳地區的經濟面臨著近年來前所未有的巨大壓力，企業經營充滿了艱險和挑戰。本集團以 行穩致遠 為準則，在嚴峻的困局中，順應市場調整業務，以確保企業的生存與健康，冀圖未來之長遠發展。截至二零二零年十二月三十一日止，本集團收入 錄 得 約1,219,856,000元（人 民 幣，下 同；二 零 一 九 年：2,417

5、,181,000元），較 去 年 同期下降了49.5%；其中，零售銷售額錄得約677,167,000元（二 零 一 九 年：1,678,209,000元），較 去 年 同 期 下 降 了59.6%，工 業 集 團等 收 入 約 為542,689,000元（二 零 一 九 年：738,972,000元），較去年同期下降了26.6%。因收入下降，庫存撥備，物業、廠房、設備減值以及出售零售業務等影響，集團本年度錄得虧損，虧損額達約人民幣386,524,000元，而股東應佔虧損達約人民幣383,076,000元。Dear Shareholders,On behalf of the Board of D
