3、 behalf of the Board of Directors(the“Board”)the annual report of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2021(“2021”).2021 is another difficult year as the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic continuously impacted every industry especially tourism and catering,and the global economy recovery was slower

4、than expected.Thanks for our employees effort and staking to their position,the Group managed to achieve an increase in revenue even during this harsh period.According to the statistics published by the“”(an online platform which provides historical economic data,forecasts,news etc.),the GDP annual

5、growth rate of Hong Kong for 2021 recorded 4.8%.The unemployment rate in Hong Kong also dropped to 3.9%in December 2021,a decline from the high record from last year.Despite the challenging economic environment in 2021,with the effective diversified profile business segment,the Group managed to reco
