5、020,E-Commodities Holdings Limited(the“Company”)and its subsidiaries(together,the“Group”)recorded consolidated revenue of HK$12,829 million,representing a slight decrease of 6.55%compared to HK$13,728 million in the first half of 2019.Such decrease was primarily caused by the transfer of the Mongoli

6、an coal trading business to Xianghui Energy(Xiamen)Co.,Ltd.(象暉能源(廈門)有限公司)(“Xianghui Energy”).In accordance with the terms of the cooperation agreement dated 25 July 2019 entered into between the Company and Xiamen Xiangyu Co.,Ltd.(廈門象嶼股份有限公司)(“Xiamen Xiangyu”),the revenue of trading was accounted in
