5、 million French nationals and 1.7 million international guests.This contrasts sharply with the Tokyo Games,which had no visitors due to COVID-19 restrictions,and Rio,which saw only half a million international attendees.The IOC and COJOP set high ambitions for mobility,aiming to:-Ensure fluidity of
