5、 Ministerial Regulation on Certification of Organisms Developed Using Genome Editing Technology for Agricultural Use,B.E.2567(2024)2.This groundbreaking legislation,issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives,aims to position Thailand as a global leader in agricultural innovation.Followin
6、g this mandate,the Department of Agriculture published its regulation on August 9,2024,detailing the criteria,methods,and conditions for certifying genome-edited plants.The Departments of Fisheries and Livestock Development are expected to release their respective regulations later in the year.Once
