5、 Executive Summary Achieving the goal of doubling renewable energy in the energy mix by 2030 is one of the main targets of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC)region.APEC is the most dynamic and potential region globally,including 21 economies,with about 38%of the worlds population,about 2.9
