5、 able to resume in-person meetings after an extended period of exclusively virtual gatherings,due to COVID-19.The SCE met virtually in February for its first meeting and then in hybrid form with some members joining online and others in-person for the second and third SCE meetings in 2022.The SCE an

6、d its sub-fora continued the important work of economic and technical cooperation guided by the APEC 2022 theme of“Open.Connect.Balance.”and the ECOTECH medium-term priorities,which underwent a refresh this year to better align the Committees work with APECs broader efforts to achieve the Putrajaya
